We do our best to accurately describe products, display colors, and list prices. However, we're human - sometimes things slip through. Product colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and we reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update product information without prior notice.
If an item arrives and doesn't match your expectations, our exchange policy has you covered.
Order Acceptance: Placing an order doesn't guarantee fulfillment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if items are out of stock, pricing errors occur, or fraud is suspected.
Pricing: Prices are in USD and subject to change. The price you see at checkout is what you pay - no hidden fees, except applicable taxes and shipping.
Payment: All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment must clear before we ship your order.
Promotions: Discount codes and promotions have specific terms (e.g., expiration dates, exclusions). Only one code per order unless stated otherwise.
We ship to select countries (see our Shipping page for details). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We're not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses you provide.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier confirms delivery. If your package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, contact the carrier first. We'll do our best to help, but we can't be held liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
We offer size exchanges, product exchanges, and returns within 7 days for unworn items with tags and hygiene liner intact. Returns are issued as store credit. See our Returns page for full details on terms, handling fees, and shipping options.
Sale and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. These are clearly marked at checkout. Personalized items, hygiene-sensitive products, and B1G1 promotional orders are also non-returnable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLEIN and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or products. This includes (but isn't limited to) lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
