Size Exchange

Eligibility

• Request within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
• Upload clear photos of the product and tags when submitting your request
• All exchange requests are verified before processing

Pickup & Shipping

• Reverse pickup is available in most locations
• If reverse pickup is not available: you may self-ship the item
• Courier charges will be reimbursed up to ₹200 with valid proof of shipping

Other Details

• Exchange is subject to size availability
• A ₹99 exchange handling fee per order applies (collected at checkout)
• If your size is unavailable: Store credit of product value only (shipping & COD charges are not refunded)
• Partial Exchanges: You may exchange only selected products in a multi-item order. The handling fee applies once per order

Important Notice

All approved returns are issued as store credit only. No monetary refunds (bank, UPI, card) are provided. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used on your next purchase.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or wrong product

Resolution
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit as per your preference

Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable Items

Personalized & Custom Items
Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund
Hygiene-Sensitive Items
For hygiene reasons, innerwear, swimwear, and beauty products are non-returnable
Promotional Orders
Orders placed using the B1G1 offer code are not eligible for partial cancellations, returns, or exchanges
